Olivia Waldron, BS is a research fellow at Penn State College of Medicine within the Division of Plastic Surgery. Her research involves both basic science and clinical outcomes. Her basic science research focuses on using citrate-based scaffolds to develop vascularized bone grafts to replace large bony defects created from oncologic resections. Her clinical research interests include skin oncology and breast cancer reconstruction outcomes. She holds a bachelor's degree in Biology from Muhlenberg College. She is currently taking a research year between her third and fourth year of medical school at Penn State College of Medicine.
