Research Fellow
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
BROOKLYN, New York, United States
I currently hold the position of research fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in the Department of Radiology within the Larson Lab. My primary research focus is pretargeted radioimmunotherapy and radioimmunodiagnosis targeting glycoprotein A33 in murine appendiceal and colorectal cancer models. In conjunction with my close collaborators, we are co-developing beta and alpha PRIT (pretargeted radioimmunotherapy) using bispecific antibody platforms and leveraging radiohapten/anti-DOTA scFv technology for radiotheranostics. My clinical research focus is peritoneal carinomatosis in appendiceal and colorectal cancers.
I completed my Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Stanford University in 2012, and in 2019, I earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Weill Cornell Medicine. I am currently a surgical resident on research leave at Metropolitan Hospital Center and will resume my surgical residency after concluding three years of dedicated research time. Following the completion of residency, I intend to pursue a fellowship in Surgical Oncology. My interests, in addition to translational research in cancer therapy, include the study of health disparities and social determinants of health. I am confident that the combination of my present research setting and the training plan I have put forth will establish a strong foundation for achieving my ultimate aspiration of becoming an academic researcher.
